These terms cover your use of heytrill.com and any work HeyTrill does for you. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

What HeyTrill does

HeyTrill builds, runs and maintains AI for businesses: an AI assistant on your own WhatsApp number, and AI search visibility work (so AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini can name your business). The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are agreed in writing - usually on WhatsApp or email - before work starts.

Quotes and payment

• Your quote depends on your scope and is confirmed with you before anything begins.
• Payment terms (amounts, due dates, method) are set out in your invoice.
• You can always walk away before a paid engagement starts - a quote is not a commitment.

Third-party platforms

Our work runs on platforms we don't control - WhatsApp and Meta for the assistant, and AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini for visibility. Their rules, outages, policy changes or account actions are outside our control. If a platform change affects your service, we tell you and adapt the setup; we can't be responsible for the platform itself.

Your responsibilities

• You give us accurate information about your business.
• You have the authority to use the WhatsApp number and business accounts you ask us to work on.
• You use the tools we build lawfully - including WhatsApp's own terms and the rules around messaging customers who haven't asked to hear from you.

Results

We show you proof of the work - before and after, every time. What we can't promise is a specific revenue number, a fixed ranking, or that an AI assistant will name you every single time. Anyone who guarantees that is selling you something.

Intellectual property

Your business information, brand and customer data stay yours. Our methods, prompts, templates and playbooks stay ours. The setup we deliver for your business is yours to use for as long as you're a client.

Liability

If something we do causes a proven loss, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost data.

Changes and law
