Data Deletion Instructions - HeyTrill

If you messaged a business that uses HeyTrill (on Instagram or WhatsApp) and want your conversation data deleted:

1. Email deepthi@heytrill.com with subject “Data deletion”, OR
2. Send “delete my data” in the same Instagram/WhatsApp conversation you used.

Tell us the Instagram handle or phone number you messaged from. We will delete your conversation history, stored identifiers, and any lead records within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you are a business owner disconnecting HeyTrill: removing our app's access in your Instagram/Facebook settings stops all future processing immediately; email us to delete retained history.
