1. Find the gaps: we ask the major AI tools the questions a business's customers ask, and record how often the business is named (mention rate), which competitors are named instead, and which sources the AI cites.
2. Fix the gaps: website and content improvements, structured data (schema), AI-crawler access, accurate business profiles and listings, and honest authority building on sites AI trusts. No fake reviews, no mass directory spam.
3. Track the progress: every month we re-run the same questions and report mention rate, share of voice against competitors, and citations.
